RESIGNATION

The story is about a man who works at midsize organisation. The man's name is John, john is 35 years old who is trustworthy, reliable, tries to be accurate at his work place. John has been recognized by his colleagues, management this way. And in john case it’s unfortunate that he is being recognizing this way, will say why it is unfortunate to john being recognize as good.john liked such recognitions and gradually he started working more than before, tries to answer all questions, and started thinking more deeply though it’s unnecessary. And most of the times it worked for him and initially as it is working he believed in his way of working and habituated to his style of work. In this process he was in image of perfectionist. He started being in future and always tried to accomplish things. He never been in present. All of his worries to reach the expectations. He didn't know that there is no limit for people’s expectations. In reality it’s the situations that favored him but not his way of work, he didn't know the fact and not even the management, it was his bad luck, which he was thinking his hard work..
A day has come when management believing on john's capabilities, reputation, and name accepted to take a project from the client and promised to deliver it on time. All top managers are so happy that this project will turn the organisation from midsize to MNC. They called john and asked to handle the project.

When john get into details of the project he was petrified, stunned and shocked that project is behind his level and couldn't even make the blue print of it. he became tensed, confused on the situation and couldn't dare to discuss same with the management about the facts. He ashamed to furnish the facts about his situation, trapped by his own image.

John now started thinking about past that what made him to be in this situation, he understood that he never seen or listened to situations but seen through his own manufactured lens (meaningless concepts and thoughts) he felt upset and lost confidence. Day by day he became weak mentally, physically. he shared with his friends about the situation to get out of the shock even it doesn't helped him. and now he couldn't stand on single decision, he just started keep changing the decision within short time. He had no other option then meeting the psychologist, a psychologist told he is schizophrenia and the another told bipolar.

John is now 45 years old when he encountered this situation, he wasted almost 10 years of life, living with his meaningless concepts & imagination. Now he couldn't even do his routine works at office, though management never questioned him out of his goodwill and still believed him.

John understood that reversing his situation, his thinking pattern is not easy in short term, Accepting the project and working on it would create more mess to him and company. A midsize company would never allow to lose the project.

It is the first time john understood the situations as they are, he chosen to RESIGN.

His Resignation is not out of frustration but by understanding.
He understood that to unlearn and relearn would take couple of years to him and it’s not appropriate to do at the cost of company, being at company.
His Resignation is not out of hate but out of Respect, understanding that it’s good for all.
And understood that there are bulk of people out more talent to do that project at less cost.

John decision may seems ridiculous, but he is the one who knew his capabilities, being at company would make even company lose the goodwill. So he took that decision where there is limited loss.

As we seen john story. Some people in our life stops loving or starts ignoring people not because they hate them but because they don't want to mess peace of others staying with them. It’s through deeper understanding.

A negative person cannot enter into the heart of pure heart. If he tries to enter either he makes pure heart negative or pure light would torch him.so if someone ignores, they chosen such decision out of good. And they are left with only that choice.
